5th annual 50-mile challenge + Edible Garden Tour Organizational Meeting

This year Powell River will be celebrating the fifth annual 50-Mile Eat-Local Challenge. And we’ll be putting on the second Edible Garden Tour as part of the 50-day challenge. Sun. May 2: Powell River Garden Club’s annual plant sale

The Powell River Garden Club will be holding its annual Plant Sale this year on Sunday May 2 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Therapeutic Riding Arena, featuring local gardeners’ plants for sale which have been raised here in Powell River: ornamental plants and shrubs and vegetable starts. Sat. May 8: Worm composting workshop with Carol Engram
